The visionary behind Kabba Agricultural Enterprise. Mr. Kabba founded the enterprise with a deep conviction that Sierra Leone's food security begins with its own soil. His leadership guides the strategic direction, investment, and long-term vision of the organisation.
Serving as both Strategic Lead and District Agricultural Officer for Tonkolili District, Madam Sei brings institutional agricultural knowledge and government-level oversight to the enterprise, ensuring operations align with district and national agricultural standards.
The boots on the ground. Alusine manages all day-to-day farming operations — from coordinating hired tractors and supervising planting crews to overseeing weed management, fertilisation, and harvest logistics across all 52 acres.
